The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietors" (re the Right of an Individual to carry on Business without an Individual Tax Payer Number)

The bill (Reg. No.5291) supports the rights of the individual who refused to accept the identification number due to the religious or other convictions, officially notified the authorized state bodies, and have a record in the passport to fill in the passport number and series in the application for setting up a legal entity or appointment to the office of its manager.
